Answers to give you a great experience with Marelitz

Simply choose the earrings you love and click on “ADD TO CART” button. Review the items on your shopping cart then click “CHECKOUT” and fill-out the form completely.

We accept payments via PayPal, where you can use your existing PayPal account or any major credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX). For cash payments, we accept thru GCASH. Payment details and instructions will be given upon checkout.

Unpaid orders will be reserved for 3 working days only. If no proof of payment is received via email 3 days after the order has been placed thru the website, the order shall be cancelled automatically.

We ship orders from Monday to Saturday.

Please allow 2-3 days transit time for deliveries within Metro Manila, and 3-5 days for deliveries to other regions.

For every order with maximum of two items, our base shipping fee is P100.00 nationwide.

In the event that your are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may email us and request to return your order and have the unused item/s exchanged within 7 days from date of receipt. Items should be in their original condition, with packaging still intact. Returned items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged with another item of equivalent value, or converted into shop credits. Please note that return shipping and handling costs shall be shouldered by the customer.

In the rare case that you have received the wrong order or a damaged item, please notify us immediately thru email to request for a replacement or refund/ store credit. Please provide actual images of the damaged item/s. Marelitz will gladly replace or refund your order within 14 days of receipt.

Marelitz will gladly repair or replace any mildly damaged piece of jewelry or accessory for free within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the damage was NOT due to the customer’s misuse and abuse of the product (i.e. swimming/ bathing while wearing the crochet jewelry). Please note that return shipping costs shall be shouldered by the customer.

*Mild damages include broken locks and clasps, beading details that have become loose, and such. These do not include irreparable damages like torn crocheted parts and pieces, stained fabric, etc.
